Berocca

The advertising slogan says - You, but on a really good day!  And I think I tend to agree.  I only have a Berocca supplement every now and then and it does leave me feeling refreshed and energised.  A friend of mine takes them to give her a boost when she is feeling a little hung over but I personally find a bacon sandwich more effective for the morning after a heavy night and I generally use Berocca when I'm going through a healthy phase to supplement that.

Berocca is a vitamin tablet that once dissolved in water, makes a refreshing orange flavoured drink (though other flavours are available I prefer the original orange).  Each drink offers 595% of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C and I sometimes take these when all around me are falling down with colds and flu.  The main disadvantage though is that this drink comes out the same colour as it goes in I'm afraid.   Although my urine doesn't have any unusual odour it does change colour after this drink!

Price - I bought mine in Boots for £4.99 for 15 tablets and got them in a 3 for 2 deal.  (That works out at approximately 22p a drink with this offer)
